#1 Full Spectrum Frequency Range
Does the machine you are looking at have a full spectrum frequency range?
Does the seller of the machine even reveal what the full frequency range of the machine is?
The Frequency Range is one of the most important things to look at when considering a machine. The original 1930’s frequencies were from 139,200 Hz to 1,604,000 Hz. These frequencies interfered with AM Radio transmission. Most generators on the market don’t even reach those frequencies on their highest settings. Look for a high frequency range such as from 1 Hz to 10 MHz (10,000,000 Hz).
There are plenty of generators out there that actually do have this range, unfortunately there are more that don’t bother because it’s cheaper to make them without it…
Look for a wide frequency range for versatility and in order to run the original 1930’s frequencies.
Audio frequency generators can be useful in other areas to be sure – but the principle behind matching for resonant frequency oscillation while pulsing to pierce a microbe is simply not their mechanism of action.
Question you can ask sellers: Does your machine run RF Frequencies or just low audio frequencies?
#2 Has an RF Carrier
Does the machine you are looking at have a RF Carrier?
Does the seller of the machine claim that a RF Carrier can be harmful?
Such as seller must not know the original work of Royal Rife and his electrical engineer from the 1930’s considering Rife’s original frequencies were mostly in the AM Broadcast band (RF) and the original (most successful) production model used RF carrier frequencies in the 3 MHz range (3,000,000 Hz). Claims like this could be considered ignorant of the true history of this technology.
Whether a machine has an RF (radio frequency) carrier wave is very important. All the machines that were used in the 1930’s had an RF carrier or alternatively simply ran pulsed RF frequencies. This is quite clearly understood historically. These were the machines that worked the best! These were the machines used into the 1940’s that solidified the reputation of this technology. For complex issues I would personally consider an RF carrier to be an essential feature. Without it I would only expect a temporary, and mostly localized effect from the frequencies.
It wasn’t until the 1950’s that the generators used ONLY Audio frequencies without an RF carrier. These machines had serious limitations and clearly didn’t work well for complex issues. However these did open up a whole new realm of frequency research. This new realm of research appears to be in serious contrast to the original research of using resonant frequencies to but it opened new doors for other similar technologies. The audio frequencies may instead be working on a different principle where they are actually stimulating innate mechanisms.
Question you can ask sellers: Does your machine run the original RF frequencies from the 1930’s or just the audio frequencies?

#3 Has a Real RF Carrier
Does the machine you are looking at have a True RF Carrier?
A true RF Carrier is considered at least 10x the frequency being carried. Often claims of an RF carrier are carrying frequencies higher than the supposed RF carrier frequency (because it’s not a true RF carrier, since the RF frequency is too low – common with hand held plasma tube devices).
Technically speaking an RF carrier should be 10x the frequency it’s carrying. Since many of the common frequencies being used go up to and even beyond 300,000 Hz an ideal range for the RF carrier is the 3 MHz range (3,000,000 Hz).
A recent uncovering of an original 1938 production unit (the same units that were used into the 1940’s) has revealed that these instruments used a very specific RF carrier that was mathematically associated with the audio frequencies that were used to pulse the RF carrier. Without getting too technical since that’s not the purpose of this report we now know that the ideal RF carrier is in the 3.0 MHz to 3.8 MHz range.
We also know that due to bio-impedance constraints approximately 1 MHz is required to penetrate into a cell. Lower frequencies can of course still be oscillated but just not within the cells.
An ideal RF carrier frequency (as previously mentioned) covers nearly 3-4 Million Hertz. Some are adjustable, some a few preset options, and some fixed. A fine adjustment on an RF Carrier allows some prime tuning capabilities once skills in tuning are perfected and this has taken the precision of this technology to the next level.
#4 Adequate Power Output
There are a lot of factors that make the power output question rather confusing. Lower frequencies have a low threshold of power whereas higher frequencies can be safely run at much higher power levels. This is something that a lot of machines disregard since most machines out there are designed to run just lower audio frequencies. Lower frequencies literally can’t be safely run at higher power levels! On the other hand RF frequencies can safely be run with higher power so unless the machine offers higher power for RF frequencies it will be selling you short.
One of the confusion points that I see coming up a lot is combining various technologies into one. Packing on features like this might sound enticing. However, this tends to sacrifice perfecting the machine based on one historical technology. You’ll see this a lot with technologies often referred to as “Remote Healing” devices. These historically were called “Radionics” devices and this is not the same as the technology that I personally work with. While technologies like “Quantum Entanglement” are interesting if they are even relevant they don’t offer the power levels that were used historically and thus may not deliver the results you are looking for.
Of course when you shop around you’ll find plenty of devices that can be thought of more like a toy, then of course there are also very serious devices that you’ll be sure to consider a serious tool for years to come.
Question you can ask sellers: What is the power output of your machine and is it consistent through all the frequencies?
#5 Plasma Tube or just Contact Electrodes?
Among so many output types available they can be simplified into two main types:
- Plasma Tube Broadcasting Machine
- Direct Contact
There is ONE exception which is both a ‘plasma direct contact’. These use a set of handheld, smaller plasma tubes – these do not “broadcast” in the traditional sense of the word and the power levels they use are surprisingly low. While they show promise in some areas I personally consider them a hybrid of technologies since they don’t represent the way the frequencies were run on the 1930’s machines.
The original 1930’s Machines all used plasma tube antennas which broadcasted RF frequencies to the patient. These are glass cylinders filled with noble gases which are ionized into the plasma state of matter.
There are four states of matter: solid, liquid, gas, and plasma. Electromagnetically, the plasma state may be the most interesting state of matter! It’s the state of matter where the ‘noble’ gases (think of them as stable gases that don’t react with each other) are ionized into plasma. In the plasma state these gases create a plasma field which is vibrating throughout the room.
Unfortunately, just because it’s a plasma tube machine doesn’t mean it runs the original frequencies. In fact most machines out there don’t! Many are simply using a high voltage transformer to light the tube but only vibrating them with a low (audio) frequency which you can’t hear because it’s vibrating the plasma instead of vibrating a speaker like a normal radio does.
You will find a lot of different types of machines out there and no matter how high or low tech any of them are there are often lots of fans of them. Since lower frequency machines are easier and cheaper to manufacture and build they have become rather popular, however this doesn’t mean they will run Rife’s original frequencies.
